Our coaching container provides a structured, spacious, and relational space for you to develop your leadership in a way that aligns with your values, context, and the things you’ve been longing to center in your everyday work.

We journey together over 15 hours across 6 months (typically 1-2 sessions per month), providing consistent, practical support as you deepen your leadership practice.
Sessions are held virtually, at a $150–220/hr sliding scale, honoring your resources while making this work accessible.
